Not sure where to go or what to do this year for your travels? Sick of visiting the same places year after year, but don’t know where else to try? Then read on for some ideas.

It can be hard to know where to go for your travels, especially if you haven’t ventured very far before. If you need some inspiration for your travels this year, Lonely Planet have shared their Best in Travel 2021, check out some of their suggestions below:

Canada

The world’s second-largest country, has something for everyone, from cosmopolitan cities to the great outdoors with vast wilderness to explore. There is a fusion of nationalities, intriguing history and plenty to see and do, Canada should be on your shortlist.

Columbia

After a shaky past, Columbia is another destination to add to your travel shortlist. A mix of vibrant culture, nature and hospitality, makes it the perfect place to explore for more adventurous travelers.

Finland

An exciting country to visit no matter the time of year, there is plenty to see and do in Finland which is why it’s a destination you should consider. It now has a new national park, 11,000-hectare area of land in Hossa, perfect to get out and explore. Whether you’re looking to relax, party on, have an adventure, explore somewhere or just play their suomalainen nettikasino, Finland is always good choice.

Yosemite National Park in the USA.

You could easily spend weeks exploring Yosemite National Park. California’s Sierra Nevada Mountains offer an abundance of things to see and do. Make sure you see the famous giant, ancient sequoias, explore trails, try your hand at rock-climbing or canoeing or just explore as much as you can whilst staying here. This seems like a bucket list destination and somewhere we would love to visit, try it out to see what you get.
